Provides instructions for checking out with different ticket options

Selecting a Ticket

Thank you for your interest in using a Star or Group Ticket to register with us today! When you are ready to register for an event, you will be greeted with up to 3 options, which are expanded on below!

  • Single - This ticket is used if you are only registering yourself or a single other individual. As a note, you cannot add more than 1 of this ticket to your cart. This option is suitable if you are attending the event alone and do not need to register anyone else.

  • Group - This ticket is used if you are registering more than 1 individual. You may select anywhere from 2-5 tickets with this option. This option allows you to register multiple attendees under a single transaction.

  • Star Advantage - If you have a valid Star Advantage badge, you will be able to add 1 Star Advantage ticket to your cart. Please note, you will not be able to add anything else to your cart at this point and will be forced to complete or cancel the transaction to proceed. Please visit this article for more information regarding the Star Advantage benefit and to see if you have a valid Star Advantage coupon available.


Register Using the Single Ticket Option for Yourself

Once a ticket is selected for the Single ticket, you will be brought to the registration page requesting information for the attendee, which must be yourself. Please use the section below if you wish to register someone else with the Single Ticket option.


Once the individual is selected, you will be asked to enter their First and Last name as well, and asked to check off the cancellation policy.

Once completed, you will be brought to your shopping cart as shown below. Please select Checkout to be brought to the checkout page.



When checking out, please select the INVOICE ME option if paying with an invoice, or select Online Payment if the order is being paid for with a credit card. Please use the guide here for further instruction to checkout with this option, or the guide here to directly link a bank account if preferred. If paying with an invoice, please enter the PO or "WILL FOLLOW" in the text box that appears when selecting INVOICE ME as shown below.

Once complete, please select Process Payment or Purchase Order Payment to finalize the transaction and generate a receipt or invoice for the registration.


Registering Someone Else using the Single Ticket Option

If you wish to register someone else instead of yourself, you may select the X next to the Attendee text box and enter the information of the individual you wish to register. Please note, this is only if there is one registration needed only. If you wish to register more than one individual, please use the section below.

Once cleared, you will be able to enter the name of the individual you wish to register. If they are not a member, the price will adjust like shown below.

At this point, please enter the First and Last name of the individual registering, and then select the cancellation policy.

Once entered, you will be brought to your shopping cart. If you are ready to checkout, please select the checkout option.


When checking out, please select the INVOICE OTHERS option if paying with an invoice, or select Online Payment if the order is being paid for with a credit card. Please use the guide here for further instruction to checkout with this option, or the guide here to directly link a bank account if preferred. If paying with an invoice, please ensure you are using INVOICE OTHERS as invoice me will not generate the invoice in the name of the registrant. Once selected, please enter the PO or "WILL FOLLOW" in the text box that appears as shown below.

Once complete, please select Process Payment or Purchase Order Payment to finalize the transaction and generate a receipt or invoice for the registration.


Registering using the Group Ticket Option

Once a quantity is selected for the Group ticket, you will be brought to the registration page requesting information for the attendees. In this example, we have 2 registrants, but the steps can be repeated for the remaining registrants as well.

If you wish to not register yourself, you may select the X next to the Attendee text box and enter the information of the individual you wish to register.

Once cleared, you will be able to enter the name of the individual you wish to register.

Once entered, you will be asked to enter their First and Last name as well, and asked to check off the cancellation policy. As a note, if you changed the first registrant, it will autofill the next attendee with your information, as shown by the blue arrow.

You may repeat these steps to either register yourself or register another individual until all attendees on the side are used. As a note, this example had the price at $75 since the intial individual was a member. If they are not a member, the price will update once a non-member is added as a member, as shown below.

Once completed, you will be brought to your shopping cart as shown below. Please select Checkout to be brought to the checkout page.

When checking out, please select the INVOICE OTHERS option if paying with an invoice, or select Online Payment if the order is being paid for with a credit card. If paying with an invoice, please enter the PO or "WILL FOLLOW" in the text box that appears when selecting INVOICE OTHERS as shown below.

Once complete, please select Process Payment or Purchase Order Payment to finalize the transaction and generate a receipt or invoice for the registration.


Registering using the Star Advantage Ticket Option

As a note, you may only select 1 Star Advantage ticket per member year. Please refer to this guide if you have any questions regarding Star Advantage eligibility or reach out to our support bot for further assistance. Please select Register Now when a quantity is selected.

Once selected, you will be prompted to enter your information for the attendee and asked to mark off the cancellation policy, as shown below and before for other tickets.

NOTE: You cannot change the attendee to a non-member, as it will adjust the price back up to full price as shown below.



Once complete, you will be brought to a modified shopping cart asking you to checkout. Please note, since there is no cost associated, checking out at this stage will finalize your registration.
