NJPSA Login Page
  • You will be greeted with a page similar to the one shown below. You will be asked to enter either an email or phone number. Either option can be entered, if it does not work the first time, please select Search Now again

  • Please be aware, the system will return any account that matches either your email or the phone number entered, not only accounts that have both

  • If the system finds an account with the information, you will be brought to a page and will be given two options as seen below.

  • The Red arrow will bring you to a page to reset the password if the information corresponds with your information. It will bring you to a page similar to below, asking you to input the email associated with the account. NOTE: Please enter the email associated with your account, not a name or username without the domain attached

    • Note: if you think you may recall your password, the yellow arrow should bring you back to the login page where you may sign in with the found email and the password you believe it to be.

  • In your email, you will find a link allowing you to change your password. As a note, all passwords should contain AT LEAST 8 letters, 1 letter, AND at least 1 number. Once reset, you may follow the instructions here to log into our site!

How to Activate a Username:

  • Sometimes, when searching an account, the account may exist but is not active. In this scenario, simply click "Activate Username" as shown below, and an email will be sent to you to reset your password.

  • If there is no email, or if the information shown does not properly reflect your information, please reach out to the chat bot in the bottom right corner of the screen by using the blue message icon as shown below.

If Signed in:

  • In the upper right hand corner you will see your Profile Image. When selected, it will give you an option to reset your password.

  • Once you select the link indicated by the red arrow, it will bring you to a page similar to below, asking you to input the email associated with the account. NOTE: Please enter the email associated with your account, not a name or username without the domain attached

  • In your email, you will find a link allowing you to change your password. As a note, all passwords should contain AT LEAST 8 letters, 1 letter, AND at least 1 number.
