Updating a Default Email

Describes how to change the default email on file

When logging in, you will be greeted with your information in your profile, similar to what is shown below.

If you visit communication information, you will be greeted with your email and phone number information. The Preferred Email Type, however, dictates which email is used to log in, send information and invoices to, and all other communication. Please be very careful when changing this information, as it will also change the email used to log in.

NOTE: This change happens after 5 minutes to provide enough time to fix the error if made in mistake.

Once changed, our system will now send all communication to the second email on file, in this case oqueen.njpsa2@yopmail.com. Once all the changes are made, you should receive an email similar to the one shown below.
