How to add an address or set a default address

When logged in, you will see a few options on the left hand side. Address Book, as indicated by the red arrow, will allow you to see all addresses saved to your profile.

Making a Default Address


Once loaded, whichever address is selected, as indicated by the top mailing address being selected in the image below, will be the default address in your account.

Adding an Address to your Profile


To add a new address, select +New Address as indicated by the red arrow above.

  • Name: Defines the Name of the address, such as Mailing,Billing, Secondary, etc.

  • Type: Defines if it is a Home or Work Address. You may also select Other and None as well

  • Address: This will autofill with your address. Please refer to the image below for an example of this process.

  • To enter your Address manually, please select the "Enter Address Manually" checkbox next to it. Please refer to the image below for an example of this process.

    • NOTE: The state will be available only if United States is selected as the Country.

  • Additional Details: If you wish to add any details about this address it would be entered here

Once entered, select save to add it to your profile.


How to Delete An Address

When saving addresses in the Address Book, you will sometimes need to delete some addresses. In this situations, you will need to click the Trash Icon as indicated by the red arrow below.

Once selected, you will be prompted by a confirmation. Clicking Delete, as shown below in the example by the red arrow, will confirm your choice and remove it from your profile.

NOTE: YOU CANNOT DELETE A DEFAULT ADDRESS. IF YOU RECEIVE THE ERROR BELOW, PLEASE SELECT ANOTHER ADDRESS BY SELECTING THE RADIO BUTTON NEXT TO THE ADDRESS YOU WISH TO USE

Please use the example below to remove a default address.
