Sometimes, your browser may be signing you in with a different email that does not correspond with your NJPSA account. This is a common issue especially with the NJL2L program.
You must sign out of your current email through Google Chrome to sign into NJPSA.org. If you are having issues signing out, you can open an Incognito window as this feature will not use saved credentials to sign you in. Below is a link to help with the incognito window.
