The partnership among NJASA, NJPSA, and FEA has provided educational leaders at all levels the opportunity to focus their professional learning on a specific topic of educational reform and learn together as a cohort. Participants will attend three courses, aligned to one specific standard within PSEL.
You will take these three courses with your cohort so that you can learn and grow together. Up to nine cohorts will be established during the year so that you can find the time and location that works best for you. Each cohort is made up of educational leaders in varying roles, including superintendents, assistant superintendents, principals, assistant principals, supervisors, directors, teacher leaders and others. NJLA works best when a team of two or more administrators and teacher leaders from a district sign up together.
