As part of our ongoing commitment to providing the best value for our members, the New Jersey Principals and Supervisors Association is pleased to offer you the option of purchasing a vision care plan. The vision plan will be administered directly through the NJPSA insurance broker, Paul Rothman of Financial Management Corp. To enroll in the vision plan, you are required to be and remain a member of NJPSA during the term of the vision plan.
The current vision plan is with EyeMed Vision Care. EyeMed offers competitive rates for frames and lenses as long as you stay within the network of providers for the EyeMed Insight plan. You can review the EyeMed provider locations at: www.EyeMedVisionCare.com.To enroll, it is required that you complete the attached form and email it to our broker, Paul Rothman, at prothman18@gmail.com or mail to his office at Financial Management Corp, 8 Trout Brook Lane, Mendham, NJ 07945 with your payment before August 25, 2025.
