Cancelling Your Conference Registration

Things happen, we understand. Our cancellation policy gives you the flexibility to do what you have to do if your plans change.

You can get a full refund on your pass until September 11, 2026 at 11:59 pm ET. After September 11, 2026, we will only provide a refund if you request a refund within 24 hours of registration before October 1, 2025. No refunds will be issued after October 1, 2026.

Please note: if the conference gets canceled for any reason, you will receive a 100% refund of your registration.

How to cancel

If you need to cancel your registration, you can log into the conference registration website and click the Cancel Registration button, or just get in touch with us by emailing us at conferenceregistration@njpsa.org.
